Dog Bed

We have a little 6 pound yorkie named Jack.

Recently, Henry and Jack have started playing together. Nicely. Well, today, Henry thought Jack's bed looked too cozy to pass up, so he just made himself comfortable.

Obviously, he thought this was a riot.

Then Henry picked up the dog bed, which is nearly as big as he is, and took it to each room in the house, finding a choice spot, then sitting down in the bed and laughing.

Finally, he takes it to his own bedroom. He hoists it up onto his bed, and climbs up after it.

Once everything is arranged just so, Henry plops in the dog bed, on top of his own bed! Meanwhile, Jack has taken the comfy spot on top of Henry's blankets. Isn't there something wrong with this picture?

Finally, I manage to get the dog and his bed back onto the floor where they belong, where Jack immediately jumps into his own bed, reclaiming it before Henry could steal it again. As you can see, Henry wasn't too pleased, and wondered where his perfect plan had gone wrong.

Kids visiting our house always insist on climbing into Logan's doggie den in the kitchen. It's so weird--but they must know something we don't.
